Meet Your Property Manager
Jude Hughes is the founder and owner of Profound Properties, LLC, providing high-accountability property management services to rental property owners across Beaverton and the greater Portland metro area. As one of only five Master Property Managers (MPM®) in Oregon and a Residential Management Professional (RMP®), Jude brings advanced operational, compliance, and investment-focused expertise to every property under management.
Originally from New York City, Jude moved to Portland in 2010 and began investing in and rehabilitating residential properties throughout the region. Hands-on experience with renovations, complex turnovers, and long-term asset planning helped shape the systems and processes that now define the Profound Properties management model.
Before entering real estate full-time, Jude served as a Cavalry Scout in Iraq and Afghanistan, an experience that shaped his approach to accountability, communication, and leadership. He later earned a Bachelor's degree in Emergency and Disaster Management with Presidential Honors from the State University of New York, completing a research thesis on the Cascade Volcanic Arc.
Jude is active in industry and community leadership. He serves as the 2025 Education Chair for the Portland NARPM Chapter and is in his third term on the Beaverton Urban Renewal Advisory (BURA) Budget Committee, where he contributes to long-range planning and community investment decisions. His combined experience in Beaverton property management, community involvement, and continuing education ensures clients receive guidance grounded in strong ethics and up-to-date local insight.
Today, Jude is dedicated to helping rental property owners protect and grow their portfolios through reliable systems, transparent communication, and consistent oversight.
