Meet Your Property Manager
Jude, originally from New York City, moved to Portland, OR in 2010 to pursue real estate investing. Before transitioning to real estate, he served in Iraq and Afghanistan as a Cavalry Scout in the U.S. Army. Determined to continue growing, he earned a Bachelor's degree in Emergency and Disaster Management with Presidential Honors from the State University of New York. His thesis on the Cascade Volcanic Arc solidified his love for Portland, prompting his relocation.
In Portland, Jude began investing in and rehabilitating properties across the Greater Metro Area, which led him to found Profound Properties, LLC. His goal has always been to provide accountable and transparent property management that maximizes the value of his clients' investments.
As one of only 15 professionals in the state to earn the prestigious Residential Management Professional (RMP) designation from the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), Jude is deeply committed to professionalism, continued education, and ethical property management. His role as treasurer on the executive board of the Portland NARPM chapter, along with his third-term service as a volunteer on the Beaverton Urban Renewal Advisory (BURA) Budget Committee, reflects his dedication to both the community and his clients.
At Profound Properties, Jude and his team specialize in innovative, proactive property management solutions that help owners attract and retain high-quality residents while keeping properties profitable and well-maintained. Outside of work, Jude enjoys spending time with his daughter, riding motorcycles, and enjoying the company of his loyal dog.
